May aromatherapy be the perfect accompaniment after physical and stressful exercises?

There is really a hypothetical question because there is not data to source or evidence to draw upon. There are large contrasts between the practices of aromatherapy and your average gym going. They are mutually exclusive groups. Think of a diagram of two circles that overlap ever so slightly. That is the small proportion of people who have done both. They probably engaged in both practices at completely separate occasions with no causality between the two. However, logic permits that to two are interlinked through the notion of character. Hear me out. If you (and lets say for the sake of the argument, it is you), a health conscious person were to take the strenuous and time consuming effort of going to the gym; deadlifting, circuit training and placing your body under mediated amounts of stress. Would this person not want the means of relaxation and quick healing or care enough to give it a try. Gym culture has had a meteoric rise since the 1980’s and it has evolved unapologetically for the past 3 decades. The advent of social media has given gym culture a collective personality and with a collective personality comes conventions which are directly correlate with the gym culture itself. No one culture, especially one with a competitive nature stays stagnant. I believe the gym culture is always looking for means to grow and develop. The culture of gym culture relies on maintaining health and fitness so anyone invested in their health and fitness is willing to deviate from the common path and bet on a what is to them a blind hand. With the anatomic and psychological benefits of aromatherapy being proven I don’t see why we a health conscious person would not try it. From my own experience I can see that it is worth the risk of being labelled a pseudo-alchemist. You wont mind that once you see the benefits of this. I reside in a circle of health conscious individuals and some are qualified personal trainers and other love to play sports regularly. These are genuinely competitive people who care for their bodies methodically. I come back from a workout and immediately go to the oils. It’s become my pre-workout ritual if you will. Let me tell you of the benefits in favour of aromatherapy and you can then decide for yourself.
